SinopsisLucas (Paul Dano) is a good heart that lives in a cardboard box under Brooklyn's bridge. Without future perspectives, he decides to commit suicide, but fails as in everything he has tried in his life. In the hospital he shares a room with Jacques (Brian Cox), the moody and choleric owner of a bar that has just suffered the fifth infarction. Determined that his bar is still open and aware that his days are counted, he takes Lucas under his protection and instructs him in the quirky rules that govern his bar: not admit new customers, not to fraternize with them and, the most important, nothing, nothing of women. Their friendship is tested when the attached April (Isild Le Besco) enters the bar and Lucas insists that they have to help her. (FILMAFFINITY)
