Edgar Allen, a young writer, moves to Hollywood in order to succeed as a film screenwriter. Upon arrival at the bus station, he is assaulted by a transvestite that steals all his money, but a man helps him ending the aggressor. When the police arrive they flee together, and the man offers him a job as a goalkeeper of his apartment building. In this space, the writer knows the strangers tenants: a failed actress, a hippie that believes the reincarnation of Christ, a decadent star of rock, an agent without represented and a young candidate for actress. When his work as a goalkeeper allows him to work in his script, making protagonists of his argument to the tenants of the building, who die in their history. The script disappears in a neighborhood quarrel and the inhabitants of the building begin to die as Edgar imagined and had described on paper. (FILMAFFINITY)
